Jonathan, Obasanjo meet to mend fences

2015-01-13 10:11 Abeokuta - President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday met with former President Olusegun Obasanjo in his Hilltop residence in Abeokuta, reports Vanguard.

The meeting, which lasted for over two hours, centered on Jonathan’s re-election bid.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye and the founder, Living Faith Ministry(Winners chapel), Bishop David Oyedepo, were also at the meeting.

The men of God were called to be witnesses of what would transpire between Jonathan and Obasanjo.

President Jonathan and Obasanjo have been working at cross purposes since Jonathan indicated his interest to stand for re-election.
