Lagos- Governor Sule Lamido has stated that, he is against the
threats that are coming from the All Progressives Congress (APC) for
those supporting the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), reports Naij.
Following the attacks on the PDP, the governor has stated that threats are being thrown around to scare the ruling party. However, reports have suggested that the governor has stated that the threats deriving from the APC, is the beginning of the defeat of the opposing party.
He urges the PDP to maintain its mandate, and claimed that Buhari’s plans would backfire. He added that though the APC’s Buhari calls APD’s supporters “infidels” the governor assured that he is not intimidated.
He concluded by stating that Buhari is the only person making the APC worthy of being called a party, though the governor said that it would be a mistake to vote for Buhari, as the APC’s presidential runner, does not believe in democracy.
