While fate was taking a nap, I was busy debating whether destiny is
by choice or chance. Little I knew, the freedom I had to choose was only
to last when fate is too lazy to look around.
I always wondered,
how much freedom I have in the things I do. The seesaw between chance
and choice provides the thrill to life. Whether destiny is by choice or
chance, one has to go through the tunnel either by decision or taking a
chance on life as it happens.
The problem is our perception of
reality is limited and cannot predict what is ahead. With limited choice
to make, one has to make sure he has ticked mark all the boxes that
could potentially get in the way. The confusion comes when somebody gets
what he wants without a formula while many suffer even with a formula.
To
avoid the misfortune, one has to be dead. To understand fate, one has
to step beyond the five senses and look at things from a different
reality. Fate is best understood when a person submit to what he has got
and, try his best within his reach to make life better. The choice of
free will is what makes us human.
There is more to our brain
than the lizard brain. Landing in a bookshop could be one fate but
making a choice between a good and a bad book is not one fate. It is
this free will that decides the course of a journey that will determine
one destiny. It would be a mystery how he got there in the first place,
maybe that is what he wanted. With our limited perception of reality, we
do not have much choice than to take the responsibility of our
decision-making.
The other choice is to submit what is there for you. Many people lived a
successful life without a formula. The secret is not to mix the plan
having a formula and no formula at the same time. Either we submit or
have our own formula to succeed. Destiny is a collection of choices and
decisions that we make before getting there or sometime fate intervene
and divert us towards a destiny that is far bigger than one own choice.
The
choices we have made as a nation have brought the fate that we find
ourselves today. This is not our destiny but the fate that was waiting
by the choices we have made collectively of late. The destiny is divine.
The destiny is predetermined for us. Though we have messed up our way
towards it.
Things will change, and they have to change as the
divine wisdom is unfolding; only those we can see through their hearts
can recall the divine plan. The system is collapsing, and the heart-full
eyes are looking at things greater than humanity are unfolding . The
dirt has to purge from the blessed land and time has come for the
change.
The hope is not on what we are going through but is on
the divine destiny that only few could see. When the time comes only
those will be blessed who have made the right choices and their fate
will float on the sea of blessed waves towards a destiny that has
already been written.

Mexican police find 11 severed heads
2015-01-08 14:46
Mexico City - Mexican police have found 10 decapitated corpses and 11 heads in a south-western state that has become a major problem for President Enrique Pena Nieto since the apparent massacre of 43 trainee teachers there in September.
Several of the headless corpses found in graves about 50km east of the Guerrero state capital Chilpancingo showed signs of torture and had their hands tied, local security officials said on Wednesday.
The 11 severed heads were discovered in one grave, inside four black plastic bags, the Guerrero state prosecutor's office said in a statement. The identity of the victims was unclear.
Mexico's government is still investigating what happened to the missing students, who it says were abducted on the night of 26 September by corrupt police in league with a drug gang in Iguala, the third biggest city in Guerrero.
Attorney General Jesus Murillo said the evidence strongly suggested that police officers handed the students over to drug cartel members who incinerated them. The remains of only one of the missing 43 have been identified so far.
The fate of the students has sparked major street protests in Mexico, and Pena Nieto has come under pressure to clear up the case and put an end to drug violence in the country.
In a meeting with Pena Nieto at the White House on Tuesday, President Barack Obama said he was committed to helping Mexico eradicate the cartels, but that it was up to the Mexican government to resolve the problem.

Get out of that sex rut
2015-01-08 14:46
We've all been there at some point – when the sex in our relationship becomes a bit boring, a bit routine or a bit uninteresting.
You so often read articles on how to "spice up your sex life" but few articles actually explain why this might have happened or offer you longer lasting solutions.
When it comes to reinventing your sexual routine, it’s not just about trying something new, but more about assessing what’s old.
Stages of our sexual relationship
1. There’s excitement and passion
2. There’s romance and intimacy
3. Then comfort
4. Then companionship
We all want to stay in the first two stages, but more often than not we find ourselves in the last two, especially in long term relationship
Sexual ruts and routines
We often get in a set routine with sex and foreplay – maybe kissing, touch, mouths, intercourse, cuddling. This routine can become boring and tried. A lot of my work is around helping couples reinvent their sexual routine
So how can couples reinvent the sexual routine? Where do we start?
1. Talking about sex
Couples who talk about sex have more sex, but a lot of people fear the conversation or don’t know how to have it.
Be sensitive, honest but gentle, and instead of asking for less of something ask for more of it – have sexual empathy
Sexually empathic couples process and communicate their fantasies in healthy, relaxed ways and consequently maintain lasting satisfaction in their relationships

Generally, women need more emotion, men need more physical – It is important to compromise. It is also important to talk about your needs, writing them down can be a good way to start
Men’s needs: physical connection, pleasuring a partner, appreciation, and action
Women’s needs: physical affection, build up, emotional connection, safety and permission
Exchange your fantasies but remember to start slow. Difference between love and desire – love is about having, desire is about wanting
2. Changing the type of sex we have
· Starts outside of the bedroom – definition of foreplay
· Make an effort to show each other that you want each other – messages, surprises, and gestures.
· Introduce erotic massage, but make a “no sex” rule after this happens so that you rather enjoy the intimacy and pleasure of each other’s bodies and not the pressure to perform and have sex.
· You don’t have to try something totally new and outrageous – simply doing something you've always done differently or adding in something simple can make a big difference.
· It doesn't always have to be about sex – being sensually generous to our partners make them feel wanted.
· Ideas – a new lubricant or massage oil, candles, lingerie, sex in the shower or on the couch, trying a new position once a week, date night and erotic surprise.
