A human rights group Youths for Human Rights Protection and
Transparency Initiative (YARPTI) has frowned at the disrespect of
court orders by the Buhari led government of Nigeria . The group
condemned
the situation were several courts have granted Mr. Dasuki and Mr
Nnamdi Kanu bail and after fulfilling the conditions for their bail
the DSS refused to allow them go.
In a statement jointly signed by its National Coordinator, Kenneth
Uwadi and National Media Affairs Director , Veronica Ekpo , the group
viewed the two development as “exhibition of dictatorial tendencies and
an attempt to return Nigeria to the dark days of military jackboot’’.
According to the statement, ‘no one is backing or shielding those
that committed crimes against the nation, but it should be made clear
that Dasuki, Kanu, or any other accused person remain innocent until
proven otherwise by a court of law. The way Buhari is going by
presuming the accused people to be guilty is unconstitutional’’
Col Sambo Dasuki met his bail conditions and was walking out of Kuje
Prison but was immediately rearrested by the DSS and whisked away. Three
separate courts have so far granted Mr. Dasuki bail. But even after
fulfilling the conditions for his bail DSS has refused to allow him go
home. The same thing happened to former NIMASA boss as well as Nnamdi
Kanu where court orders were disobeyed.
In the case of Nnamdi Kanu, the DSS flouted and gravely disobeyed
four express and consequential orders of the Wuse Zone 2 Magistrate
Court and the Federal High Court, Abuja Division bordering on his
constitutional rights to personal liberty, association, assembly,
dignity of human person, life and expression. Sadly, the President has
confirmed his dictatorial tendencies by saying in a national media chat
that people like Sambo Dasuki and Nnamdi Kanu do not deserve bail
because of the weight of atrocities they have committed. Buhari is
undermining the courts and overthrowing the constitution of Nigeria.
YARPTI said ‘ the government had the opportunity to present their
evidences and argument against bail for the two and they did. The court
considered all the evidences and all the arguments and decided to grant
bail. Why will the President say they do not deserve bail? The
President took an oath to uphold the constitution which is supreme to
all other laws or personal opinion. We are in a democracy and democracy
is all about the rule of Law. Disobedience to court orders by those who
should protect and ensure its compliance slides the Nation to anarchy
.You don’t act illegally, and as an oppressor of the people and expect
the people not to resist such illegality. Whatever the sins of Dasuki
and Kanu , let the court alone determine”

SHOCKING PROHECIES FOR 2016 ON BUHARI, BIAFRA AND BOKO HARAM
The year 2016 is coming and with it many prophecies from respected men of God.
The founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, Primate
Elijah Ayodele, has unveiled his prophecies for coming year in an
interview with the Sun News.
Read below the top 10 prophecies from the prominent cleric:
2. Buhari’s administration will have more problems by removing the
oil subsidy. If care is not taken, we are going to buy fuel at N200 per
litre. The removal of oil subsidy will spur militant youths to damage
pipelines to steal products for sale.
3. Nigeria army will not be able to defeat Boko Haram if the air
force is not fully involved. They can only defeat the insurgents with
combined air and ground assaults and using satellites to target their
leaders.
4. People in the south west and south south must be careful because
the Boko Haram will infiltrate these areas. The insurgents will still
carry out more suicide bomb attacks in Plateau and Abuja.
5. If the All Progressives Congress is not careful, the party will
crack. Also if the PDP does not go back to beg the founding fathers, the
party may not recover, because some PDP governors will flee to the APC.
6. A northern party will emerge. CPC is not yet over. A group from
the north will recreate the CPC with a northern person in charge. APC as
it is now will have problems if they are not careful. APC and PDP need a
lot of prayers.
7. More political parties will be registered. Not all House of
Assembly speakers will finish their terms. It is only prayers that will
make the Taraba woman to go back to that seat.
8. Seriake Dickson has to pray very well to retain his seat.
9. The Halliburton case will come up again.
10. In probing Jonathan, Buhari will end up shooting himself in the
leg. What I mean by that is that as he tries to trouble Jonathan, it
will cause problems. He will only be able to hit corruption, but will
not make much impact. In the process of the corruption battle, some
people who are close to Buhari will be indicted. That is why I said that
Buhari will shoot himself in the leg.
10. Buhari will make efforts to make Nigeria better, but his
efforts will be frustrated by a cabal in his government. He will step on
many toes, but that would frustrate his administration the more.
11. Buhari must not overlook Biafra. He should dialogue with them.
He must not hold dialogue with Boko Haram. If he does it, he will
destroy his administration. Nigeria will face a lot of agitations by
different groups. His government should not see these predictions as
doom messages, but as a warning and follow the advice appropriately.
12. NFF will have crisis. If our club sides play very well they
might win a cup. They have to be motivated or they might not perform
well. Government efforts to alleviate poverty will not be easy,
fruitful. I see a lot of crises: Kanuri-Fulani crisis, Hausa-Fulani
crisis. We should pray against massive fish poisoning in the river.
13. Atiku should seek the face of God very well because some people
want to create trouble around him and destabilize his political
machinery.
There are plans to assassinate President Buhari – Fr. Mbaka
Fiery Enugu based cleric, the Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka has raised the alarm over the plan by some unnamed persons to kill President Muhammadu Buhari.
Mbaka, who is known for his controversial prophecies, is the head of the Adoration Ministry, Enugu Nigeria.
DAILY POST recalls that he had in his 2015 New Year message entitled ‘From Goodluck to Badluck’, prophecised that former President Goodluck Jonathan would be roundly defeated in the 2015 presidential elections.
On a similar note, the charismatic in his 2016 New Year message, which he delivered before millions of worshipers in Enugu Friday morning raised the alarm over plans to kill Buhari owing to his anti-corruption posture.
He equally accused Jonathan of killing Nigeria after which he handed over the skeleton to Buhari’s government.
DAILY POST captured some of the cardinal points of his message to Nigerians below:
“No matter how malignant the problem is, God says He will be in charge; fellow Nigerians, let us wait upon God; I have a new message; I’m blessing and covering the message we are giving now in the prophetic name of Jesus; Father speak now as your servant listens.
“In 2013, there was a prophecy that was going to be an oil doom after several years of oil boom, and when that message came out of this ground, many started calling me a prophet of doom. How can there be oil doom in oil boom? And the oil price continued to climb, but the message said people should start to gather as in the days of Joseph, that the people in government should continue to gather, let them stop squandering our wealth; but they never listened; throughout the six years we passed in the past administration, God blessed our oil with high prices, over N140 per barrel, but the message kept coming, don’t mind the oil boom, there is going to be oil doom, our politicians stop embezzling our wealth but they said the money will continue to come, our oil will continue to flow.
“During these moments of the oil boom, there was excess crude money, they didn’t know what to do with our money, when our youths were suffering and still suffering, graduates had no jobs, new industries were not built, our roads were not reconstructed, our hospitals were in shambles and total collapse; our educations systems were in shambles and these politicians were building good schools outside the country, Ghana, etc, even hospitals in South-Africa, and other neighbouring countries and when any of them is sick he will be flown outside the country because there is no hospital in the country worthy of authentic medication, you cannot find any country in Nigeria that has worthy diagnostic facilities; not one; the entire money voted for hospitals were looted out, corruption was in quantum, to the level that the Nigerian Bishops had to convene a prayer against bribery and corruption and enjoined all Catholics to be praying that prayer daily.
“All the money voted for roads were swindled; many of them became millionaires, billionaires over night in naira, in dollars, in pounds, in euro when they have no workshop; no business centre; somebody who has nothing doing, just because he is a politician, and they wasted our oil money, now the doom came and there is no preparation for it; the economy of Nigeria is an oil based economy.
“My beloved Nigerians, those who led us from last year downwards, they have killed this country; none of them is qualified to stay in this country by now, both the President, the Senators, the Reps, the chairmen of Local governments, the governors, they are wicked; it doesn’t matter the man of God they worship with; I tell you, before God and man, all of them are wicked; they hate this country, they succeeded in removing the liver, kidney and cardio vascular system of this country, and handed over to President Buhari, shambles, skeletal organs of this country; a nation that is comatic.
“Nigeria, as we speak now, economically, security wise is in the intensive care unit; if the oxygen is removed, Nigeria will die, people of God prayed, from here and there and God gave us Buhari. God has told us that Buhari is prayer answered; President Buhari is an answered prayer; whether you hate him or like him, Buhari is prayer answered; the Bishops of Nigeria, the Catholic Bishops prayed against bribery and corruption and this President came with a charter that has to do with war against corruption; all the prayers we have been doing about bribery and corruption, God answered it in Buhari who decided not to discriminate; there is nothing like religious or political discrimination in Buhari’s government. He needs all the support, unstoppable support; spiritual and otherwise; because if he is not the man in power now, had it been the last regime continued, by now, Nigeria would be for sale. All the monies voted to buy this and but that few people stole it; but we see joblessness, many have died because of a few people, and these same people want to use you to engineer crisis that Igbos are marginalized, nobody is marginalized; nobody marginalized us;
“I am not a sycophant; but I want to tell you that so far God is happy and he who God has blessed none can cause. Many people are planning to kill Buhari; there are many plans on how to eliminate his life so that corruption will continue; so that embezzlement will continue. But I speak to Buhari that God who put you there will protect you; be firm, remain resolute, don’t be intimidated; President Buhari God and his people are behind you, you are the answer to the prayer of His people.
“Can you eat your cake and still have it? Our past looters, not leaders, you may not understand, thieves in political positions, have eaten the cake of this country and now everybody is suffering it; the youths are suffering it, they want to tell you that you are marginalized; the Yorubas are not marginalized; the Hausas are not marginalized, Efik people are not marginalized; and it is only you people that are marginalized. In the present political scenario, the Igbos have the position of minister for external affairs in the person of Onyeama; the Igbo people have the position of science and tech in the person of Ogbonnaya Onu; if you go to Abia, you have industry and commerce, coming back to Anambra you have labour and productivity and the problem of our country today is unemployment and once there is job, there will be no kidnapping. The Igbos in the North are doing well; the Igbos in the West too, go to Alaba, they are treated with kindness, why are we engineering things that don’t exist; and like I said before, those saying this have their children abroad and they want to use you.
“Listen fellow Nigerians, as it is right now, most of what we are suffering now and we are going to suffer were caused few years ago but the Lord asked me to encourage you. Suffering is coming but it is not suffering under damnation, there is solution, it may take some time, but at the end of it, there will be testimony;
Nigeria is the giant of Africa, Nigeria is the best country in this world; with the best weather; the country that produces the most strongest people; people who can survive everywhere, people who can relate with any type of person, people who can survive any type of weather- Nigerians; people who can prosper anywhere; the destiny, the dynasty, the authority, the destiny, what it takes to make Nigeria great is restored this year.
“As I have told you, there is going to be crisis but God will handle it. This year, God said my people will be over-comers, things will be hard but my people will be over-comers”.

SAKILDA BLAST BUHARI, SAYS JONATHAN ALMOST RELEASED CHIBOK GIRLS

A blogger suspected to have ties with Boko Haram, Ahmad Salkida, has said that former President Goodluck Jonathan almost secured the release of the over 200 schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram from Government Girls’ Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State on April 14, 2014.
Salkida, who is currently on self-exile in Dubai over fears for his safety, said in an
article posted on his blog that Jonathan negotiated a swap deal which would have seen to the release of the girls in exchange for some Boko Haram militants in Nigerian prisons.
Salkida said it was therefore curious that President Muhammadu Buhari could say in his maiden presidential media chat last Wednesday that he had no information on the girls.
I the article titled: Chibok Girls: What is the president hiding? the blogger alleged that military commanders on the field had given him a different perspective on the girls, which was apparently not known to Buhari.
He said he was assured that the girls were still alive and that some of the girls had refused to be converted from Christianity to Islam by Boko Haram.
The article below:
Chibok Girls: what is the president hiding?
If the president wants to have
video evidence of all Boko Haram captives he can receive it today,
that’s if he hasn’t already. If the president wants the captors of
innocent Nigerian citizens and school girls to put them on the phone
with their parents, he can have it done, except if he doesn’t want
to. He has the might as the president, so why is he saying he has no
clue about the state of the girls?
Islamic State’s West Africa
Province (ISWAP), popularly called Boko Haram, didn’t fall from the sky;
they are mostly Nigerians. The abductions were done in Nigeria and the
girls are still widely reported to be in Nigeria. Is the president
saying no one in Nigeria has access to the sect, a country of over 170
million or, if those with access have not come forward, what has he done
as the president to find them?
What does the president mean
when he says no credible leader of ISWAP has come forward with evidence
of the 219 girls abducted in their dormitories in April 2014 before he
will consider negotiation? Does the president want a Boko Haram leader
to approach the fortified gates of Aso Rock and announce himself and
wait to be ushered in? And who are these Boko Haram leaders that were
attempting to approach the federal government over the last months that
were not credible enough?
All over the globe, there are
people with access to those who operate outside established norms, and
such people are used to reach out as third parties to mediate between
two opposing sides. What any serious government like the one run by
President Buhari (as we are made to believe) should do is to use
his intelligence agencies to vet those sources. However, the question we
should all be asking is: what happened to the video evidence former
President Jonathan received less than two months into the abduction of
the girls that almost saw the release of the abducted girls in a swap
deal – or is everything Jonathan too dirty for this government to try
its hands on?
My understanding of the Buhari
administration as it relates to the negotiations of the abducted school
girls is that they are living in a bubble. They want everything to work
for them like ABCD: no hitches, no obstacles. It should be like sending a
child to a shop to buy sweets. If the child loses the money on his way
or buys something contrary, he is spanked and accused of carelessness or
stealing the money. Negotiations of this nature are usually tough,
rough and irritating, but that doesn’t mean we should abandon it each
time it occurs. Even failed military raids are repeatedly again and
again until they succeed.
Even the Western countries that
bask under the statements that they do not negotiate with terrorists
have done so several times, like the exchange of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl that
led to the release of five Taliban leaders held at Guantanamo Bay. Also
noteworthy is the case of four children between the ages of 5 and 12
among seven members of a French family kidnapped in Cameroon and were
later swapped with Boko Haram militants in April 2013. The examples are
many, so are the options before President Buhari on Chibok girls and
dozens of other captives that now despair at the likelihood that they
will be free from captivity.
Most of the Chibok girls,
whether they are split into groups or not, are alive, multiple credible
sources have told me, and if a deal to release them will weaken national
security and endanger the entire country, then the federal
government shouldn’t make a deal. But was there a deal that can
undermine national security that has been pursued vigorously to its
conclusion? To make the terror group give more and more concessions, the
perspectives of many top security officials in Nigeria run in opposite
directions with the statements of President Buhari during his media
chat yesterday.
THIS IS A DEMOCRACY NOT MILITARY GOVT THAT RULES BY DECREE; OBJ TELLS BUHARI
THIS IS A DEMOCRACY NOT MILITARY GOVT THAT RULES BY DECREE; OBJ TELLS BUHARI

Speaking further on his twitter handle, the ex-president stressed the need for President Buhari to respect the rule of law and court orders. He was reacting to the presidential media chat, where president Buhari (an ex-military dictator) ordered his DSS to remand persons who have been granted bail by courts severally.
SHI’IA MUSLIMS JOINS BIAFRANS TO DRAG BUHARI TO ICC OVER KILLINGS AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES
SHI’IA MUSLIMS JOINS BIAFRANS TO DRAG BUHARI TO ICC OVER KILLINGS AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES

The Shi’a Islamic Movement of Nigeria have joined their
Biafran counterpart in Nigeria to seek redress for the murder of their
members by the men of the Nigerian Army at the International Criminal
Court of Justice.
Yakubu Yahaya, a leader of the Shi’a
Islamic movement of Nigeria has said that the movement has assembled a
team of prominent local and international lawyers to bring up
charges against the Nigerian government.
At a a press conference, Wednesday in
Katsina, Yakubu Yahaya a leader of the Shi’a Islamic movement of
Nigeria, said it will not watch their oppressors get away without a fair
trial, said that God is the ultimate judge. He said;
“This world is too small now and
therefore no matter the level of atrocities committed against a people
with time it will catch up with you. We live everything to God and Insha
Allah he will judge against those who oppressed us” he added.
The Shi’a Islamic movement leader also
dismissed the claims by the Nigerian Army which was reechoed by Governor
Elrufai of Kaduna state, that the group was stockpiling arms to cause
trouble, adding “in the over 40 years of our existence we never carried
arms. We will never fight or carry arms”.
Reacting to Sheikh Gumi’s allegation
that the Shi’a Islamic movement has been running a parallel government,
Yahaya commented that “to run a government is to have a president,
governors, parliament, the security agencies and other arms. But in our
case we don’t have any”.
The Shi’a Islamic movement of Nigeria,
said that muslims of the different persuasion who are currently
celebrating the killings of Shi’as in Zaria reminded that a time may
come when they will find themselves in the same shoes.
The whereabouts of the Shi’a Islamic
movement of Nigeria leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky remains unknown. Earlier
reports of him being remanded in a Kaduna prison has been disclaimed by
the Comptroller of the Prisons.
