Information just reaching our newsroom indicates that the Abia State APGA candidate for the last governorship election, Dr. Alex Otti has filed a cross appeal at the Supreme court challenging parts of the Appeal court judgment. Where both parties to a judgment appeal therefrom, the appeal of each is called
‘cross-appeal’
